Our Story
Seventeen years building Mongolia's skyline.
Founded in Ulaanbaatar in 2008 by a small group of structural engineers, Titan Manlai LLC has grown into one of Mongolia's most trusted construction firms. We started with a single residential project in Khan-Uul. Today our portfolio spans high-rise commercial towers, planned residential communities, and heavy industrial facilities across the country.
What has not changed is the principle the company was founded on: deliver every project on schedule, within budget, and to a standard of work the team is willing to put their name on. Every estimate, every drawing, every site report carries that signature.
